As the Founder and Co-Chair of the bipartisan Future of Work Caucus, I am constantly thinking about how advancing technology and automation can help advance our workforce, as well as what threats they pose to our workforce and its existing inequalities. And while our changing economy may present anxiety to some – I know that many of us also see remarkable opportunity. Working with organization like XRA, I know that we are poised to shape a future that grows our economy, protects our national interests, and allows workers across America to thrive. The tools and skills that will be discussed today will be the roadmap we use to get to that better and brighter future.
